Parque Santiago IV is situated on the sea front just at the 'Golden Corner' between Playa De Las Americas & Los Christianos. There is a very pleasant pedestrian walkway just outside the complex where you can stroll along lovely pathways shaded in palm trees. This walkway can take you from one end of Playa De Las Americas to the old fishing port of Los Cristianos. Very close by is a lovely white sandy beach which provides sun beds, shades & various watersports. There is a variety of fine restaurants, numerous shops (many duty free), supermarkets, laundry / dry cleaners, hairdressers, mini golf, bars & nightlife & much more in this lovely 5-star area - all on your doorstep.



Parque Santiago IV is an extremely attractive complex with landscaped tropical gardens & has all the amenities required. The complex & its surrounding areas at night are peaceful, quite & safe.

The Studio and 2 bedroom apartments we have to rent are very nicely furnished with fantastic views of either the pool or sea. The apartments are fully equiped with satellite TV and they also have a fully equiped kitchen with microwave.
